Negros plays Yangon United in Myanmar

Ceres Negros FC are scheduled to face Yangon United FC of Myanmar for the final leg of their Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup Zonal Semifinals series at the Thuwanna Stadium at 5 p.m. (Manila Time), today.

The Philippines Football League (PFL) titleholders are currently ahead of their match up after posting a 4-2 victory over their Burmese foes in their initial meeting at the Panaad Park and Stadium on 9 May 2018.

Spanish standout Bienvenido Maranon carried the scoring load for the Busmen in the first leg with two goals to his name while Manuel Herrera and Patrick Reichelt added a goal each.

On the other hand, ex-Global Cebu FC reinforcement Sekou Sylla headlined for Yangong United with a brace performance in their previous encounter with Ceres Negros in the semis.
