PFL Holds Club and Stadium Assessment of Stallion Laguna FC for 2018 Season

Philippines Football League officials were in Binan, Laguna last Tuesday, 11 July 2017 to conduct the club licensing assessment of Stallion Laguna FC.

Stallion Laguna was represented by its President, Ernest Nierras, and its General Manager, Natasha Alquiros over the course of the assessment. The club was assessed on the following criteria set by the PFF Club Licensing Regulations: Sporting, Infrastructure, Personnel and Administration, Legal, and Financial.

Stallion Laguna FC is the third club to be assessed by the PFL for the 2018 season following the likes of Kaya FC Makati and FC Meralco Manila.

PFL officials also conducted the stadium assessment of Binan Football Stadium.

Philippines Football League Chief Executive Officer Lazarus Jansen Xavier said after the assessment: “The stadium is still under construction but is seen as promising once completed. As a precaution, matches scheduled at the Binan Football Stadium will still be played under closed doors until completion of the grandstand. Stadiums are at the heart of the professional game. Quality stadiums are vital to the comfort, safety and security of players, officials, media and fans”.
